I turned 1 week old on Christmas. Daddy and mommy came up to visit me and spent a lot of time with me. I got to kangaroo again with mommy, something I really like. They told me that they couldn't bring me any toys yet, but I don't even know what they were talking about. I don't know what a toy is.
Daddy changed my diaper for the first time. It was right after I got done kangaroo-ing with mommy, so I was already fussy. Daddy didn't really know what he was doing yet, so I let him know that. I kicked and screamed which I'm sure made it harder for daddy, but it was kind of funny watching him crack under pressure. I'm sure he'll be a pro at it in no time.They moved me up from 2 to 3 liters of oxygen. The nurse told mommy and daddy that I was having a hard time breathing, so the 3 liters of oxygen will help.
Daddy said he has a surprise for me tomorrow, but he said I had to wait. I don't know what it is yet, but he said he was really looking forward to it. If it's a surprise for me, I don't know why he's all excited about it. He's silly...
i'm crying! i love that you guys are doing this blog so we can all keep up with his progress. the pictures are great & we're keeping you guys in our thoughts! we can't wait to officially meet him! :)
