First Smile?

I have something to smile about today. I received my social security card in the mail yesterday... my first piece of mail. Then daddy told me that he opened up a savings account for me, and said I already have $200! I could buy a lot of pacifiers with that, I really like those things. Oh, and best of all, my brain sonogram is over. They came in this morning and put a bunch of gel on my head, then rolled some deal over it to check things out. Then when daddy and mommy came to see me, the nurse came by and told them that everything was normal. They were checking for bleeding in the brain, something about IVH. But I checked out all right, so it's all good. I'm not out of the woods yet, because they plan to check one more time before they send me home with mommy and daddy.

Today I weighed in at 2 pounds 15.6 ounces. They upped my food to 27cc and started to include vitamins in my feedings once per day so I can get big and strong. The developmental nurse came by today and said that I'm already making good progress on that.

I played hide and go seek for the first time tonight. It was fun, but I don't think mommy and daddy were too happy about it. The nurses told me that they had quadruplets coming (they were only 25 weeks) and that they had to move me. I didn't call and tell mommy and daddy, so they had to come find me when they got there. I think it kind of freaked them out at first, but they finally found me.
